ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ВЗАИМОСВЯЗИ ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ГРАМОТНОСТИ И РЕЗУЛЬТАТИВНОСТИ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ ПЕДАГОГОВ

Актуальность данной работы обусловлена запросами педагогической практики и потребностью развивающейся системы образования в повышении качества и результативности профессиональной педагогической деятельности. Представленная статья посвящена изучению и анализу взаимосвязи психологической грамотности и результативности профессиональной деятельности педагогов. Эмпирическая часть статьи посвящена выявлению взаимосвязи психологической грамотности педагогов и результативности профессиональной деятельности воспитателей. Результаты показали, что наиболее оптимальным и благоприятным является средний уровень результативности профессиональной деятельности педагога. Именно для работы с детьми дошкольного возраста наиболее благоприятными будут педагоги со средней результативностью. Статья предназначена для студентов, аспирантам и преподавателям педагогических вузов, работникам сферы дошкольного образования.

STUDY OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL LITERACY AND THE EFECTIVENESS OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF THE TEACHERS

The relevance of this work is caused due to the growing requests of pedagogical practice and the need for developing the education system in improving the quality and effectiveness of professional pedagogical activity. The following article is devoted to the study and analysis of the relationship between psychological competence and effectiveness of professional activity of the teachers. The empirical part of the article is devoted to the identification of the relationship between psychological literacy of teachers and the effectiveness of professional activity of teachers. The results showed that the most optimal and favorable is the average level of effectiveness of professional activity of the teacher. It is preferably the work with children of preschool age that will be the most favorable for the teachers with average level of professional pedagogical effectiveness. The article is purposed for the students, postgraduates and teachers of pedagogical Universities, employees of the sphere of pre-school Education.
