Анализ итогов программы развития фармацевтической промышленности "ФАРМА 2020"

Целью данного исследования является подведение итогов программы ФАРМА 2020 «Стратегия развития фармацевтической промышленности Российской Федерации на период до 2020 года», а также определение значимости вклада данной стратегии в развитие отечественной фарма цевтической отрасли. В научной работе оценивается эффективность государственного регулирова ния отрасли при помощи программы развития фармацевтической промышленности России в совре менных социально-экономических условиях. Отдельное внимание уделяется основным положениям дан ной программы по созданию инвестиционного потенциала, усилению правовой базы, а также отмеча ется важность создания инновационной экономики. В работе проводится сравнение установленных целей и задач в рамках стратегии «ФАРМА 2020» с реально достигнутыми результатами, определя ются основные проблемы отрасли и на их основе даются рекомендации по повышению эффективно сти реализации программы «ФАРМА 2030».

Analysis of the results of the pharmaceutical industry development program "PHARMA 2020"

The purpose of this study is to summarize the results of the program PHARMA 2020 "Strategy for the development of the pharmaceutical industry of the Russian Federation for the period until 2020",as well as to determine the significance of the contribution of this strategy to the development of the domestic pharmaceutical industry. The scientific work assesses the effectiveness of state regulation of the industry with the help of the program for the development of the Russian pharmaceutical industry in the current socio-economic conditions. Particular attention is paid to the main provisions of this program to create investment potential, strengthen the legal framework, and the importance of creating an innovative economy. The paper compares the established goals and objectives within the framework of the "PHARMA 2020" strategy with the actual results achieved, identifies the main problems of the industry and, on their basis, provides recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of the "PHARMA 2030" program.
