ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ИДЕНТИФИКАЦИОННЫХ ПРИЗНАКОВ ТОВАРОВ 42 ГРУППЫ ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС

В статье рассматривается 42 группа ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС, ее проблемы идентификации, статистические данные, особенности классификации. Изучение разнообразий и исключений товаров в группе 42 ТН ВЭД ЕАЭС, выявление с помощью статистических данных трендов и долей стран ЕАЭС в импорте и экспорте товаров данной группы. Актуальность данной статьи заключается в том, что ассортимент товаров увеличивается с каждым днем, тем самым затрудняется классификация и идентификация товаров таможенными органами и возникновение судебных дел с участниками ВЭД.

The article discusses the 42 groups of the EAUE, its identification problems, statistical data, and features of classification. The study of the diversity and exclusion of goods in the group of 42 HS codes of the EAUE, identifying trends using the statistical data and the shares of the EAUE countries in the import and export of goods of this group.The relevance of this article lies in the fact that the range of goods increases with each day, thereby complicating the classification and identification of goods by customs authorities and the emergence of lawsuits with traders
