Статья посвящена деятельности Агентства по страхованию вкладов, в случае несостоятельности (банкротства) кредитных организаций, в данном случае банковских организаций. В статье рассматривается деятельность данной организации, связанной с выплатой вкладчикам возмещений по вкладам, при наступлении страхового случая. В статье перечисляются основные функции Агентства по страхованию вкладов. Определена роль Агентства, связанной с урегулированием обязательств банковской организации.
