РЕЙТИНГОВЫЕ ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ УРОВНЯ «МЯГКОЙ СИЛЫ»

Статья посвящена рейтинговым показателям уровня «мягкой силы» и положению России в их контексте. За последние годы позиции России по ряду показателей поднялись, и это способствует трансформации ее международного имиджа. Автор акцентирует внимание на том, что Россия получила высокие оценки в сфере образования, культуры, искусства, но уровень политических и гражданских свобод достаточно низок. Использование «умной власти», где сочетаются элементы жесткой и мягкой силы, их баланс, необходимо для формирования позитивного имиджа государства.

SOFT POWER RATING INDICATORS

The article is devoted to the rating indicators of the level of soft power and the position of Russia in their context. In recent years, Russia's position on a number of indicators has risen and this contributes to the transformation of its international image. The author focuses on the fact that Russia has received high marks in the field of education, culture and art, but the level of political and civil liberties is quite low. The use of "smart power" where elements of hard and soft power are combined, their balance, is necessary for the formation of a positive image of the Russian state.
