Entrusting the sale and purchase of goods under Vietnamese laws

Trust to buy and sell goods is a widespread activity in the current development economy. Vietnam's legal system has strict regulations on this issue. The article will analyze Vietnamese law on commissioning trust at the same time analyzing the meaning of this issue in the development of the country.
