HIstory Of Granting Electoral Rights To Foreign Citizens In The French Republic

The article examines the issue of integration of foreign citizens into the electoral process in their host states. The authors analyze the historical experience of the French Republic in the issue of granting electoral rights to foreign citizens, including the colonial period.
