Система управления в государственных вузах КНР

В статье рассматривается система внутреннего руководства в государственных вузах КНР как важнейшая составная часть управления высшим образованием. В ней дается анализ новой системы управления, внедрявшейся после 1978 г., так называемой системы ответственности ректора под руководством партийного комитета и попечительского совета. Согласно решениям партийных органов КНР такая система способствует созданию современной университетской системы, эффективному механизму внутреннего управления вузами, ускорению их модернизации и резкому поднятию качества образования.

Management system in state universities of China

The article considers the system of internal leadership in state universities of the PRC as the most important component of higher education management; it provides an analysis of the new management system that was introduced after 1978, the so-called headmaster's responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee and board of directors. According to the decisions of the party organs of the PRC, the system promotes the creation of a modern university system, an effective mechanism for the internal management of universities, acceleration of their modernization and a sharp increase in the quality of education.
