Crystal Structure of Tetrakis(3,4-dihydro-3,3-dimethylisocarbostyril-O)-diperchloratocopper(II)

The crystal and molecular structure of a complex of copper(II) perchlorate with 3,4-dihydro-3,3-dimethylisocarbostyril is determined. It is found that the [CuL4(ClO4)2] complex is characterized by a mononuclear octahedral structure, and the ligand molecule is in the lactam form and coordinated to the metal through the oxygen atom.
