Русский либерал К. Д. Кавелин и подготовка Великой реформы

В статье, приуроченной одновременно к 200-летним юбилеям императора Александра II (1818-1881) и его современника К. Д. Кавелина (1818-1885), рассмотрено участие одного из ведущих теоретиков русского либерализма в процессе подготовки Великой реформы. Обращение к теме дает возможность проанализировать взаимодействие власти и интеллектуальной элиты, увидеть истоки и условия формирования национальной версии либеральной идеологии.

Russian liberal K. D. Kavelin and preparing for Great Reform

The article devote to the two 200th anniversaries of Emperor Alexander II (1818-1881) and liberal K. D. Kavelin (1818-1885). The author consider the participation of one of the leading theorists of Russian liberalism in the development of the Great Reform. The reference to the theme provides an opportunity to analyze the attitude of the thinker to the state, to see the origins and conditions of the formation of the national version of liberal ideology.
