AUTOMATION OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY

The article discusses the basics of technological process automation and their role in the food industry. The article also provides information on the use of computer technology in the organization of management accounting in the enterprise. Automated management accounting reflects real business transactions and allows you to perform a detailed analysis of the results of the company. The main factor in increasing the efficiency of production activities at enterprises is the automation of various processes. This topic is relevant today in connection with the growing volumes of technological, administrative and logistic processes in production. The management of the food company may face the problem of accounting and distribution of raw materials, with counting the number of finished products and other related problems with increasing production turnovers.
