Key competencies for digital personnel in the cyber economy and how to master them

The current formation of the cyber economy requires the development of new competencies in the labor force. In this chapter, the author considers the key competencies that need to be developed. The increase of the role of information technologies in the modern economy presents new challenges for those who work in retail, the public sector, finance, and production.
