The study of chemical compatibility of phytopreparations eucalimin and estifan with method of high-performance liquid chromatography

Combined phytopreparations based on two and more plants have a broader therapeutic effect. A necessary condition for preservation of their pharmacological activity is the lack of interaction between the chemical components of the original plants. With the application of HPLC, the composition and content of metabolites of two phytopreparations eukalimin and estifan before and after mixing were studied. As a result, the chemical interactions between pharmacologically active phenolic compounds of these phytopreparations were not detected. © 2016, Folium Ltd. All rights reserved.
