Language personality as universal and individual values perpetuator: Semantic-and-cognitive approach

In article the maintenance of the concept "language personality" from a position of various directions reveals semantic-and-cognitive approach to studying the language personality is proved. The structure of the language personality, its semantic-front level of the organization reflecting hierarchy of both universal values, and individual values is described.
