В настоящей статье автором анализируется уровень доступности правосудия через призму цифровых технологий. С момента начала пандемии короновируса уровень цифровизации правосудия стремительно вырос, в результате чего законодателем было внесено множество поправок в процессуальное законодательство. Автором проанализирована эффективность действий законодателя в сфере повышения доступности правосудия, выявлены проблемы и предложены пути их решения.

ACCESSIBLE JUSTICE THROUGH THE PRISM OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

In this article, the author analyzes the level of accessibility of justice through the prism of digital technologies. Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, the level of digitalization of justice has grown rapidly, as a result of which the legislator has made many amendments to the procedural legislation. The author analyzes the effectiveness of the actions of the legislator in the field of increasing the accessibility of justice, identifies problems and suggests ways to solve them.
