ОСОБЕННОСТИ ЛИБЕРАЛЬНОГО ДВИЖЕНИЯ РОССИИ КОНЦА XIX - НАЧАЛА XX ВЕКА В СОВРЕМЕННОЙ ИСТОРИОГРАФИИ

Целью данной статьи является осмысление общих тенденций и подведение некоторых итогов изучения русского либерального движения на рубеже XIX- XX вв. Выявляется исторический контекст, влияющий на современные интерпретации теории и практики русского либерализма. Раскрываются различные точки зрения современных исследователей на само понятие «либерализм». Анализируются исследовательские трактовки процесса и последствий трансформации классического либерализма в либерализм нового типа. Актуальность данного исследования заключается в возрастающем в современном мире интересе к либеральным идеям и вытекающим из них моделям построения общества, а также в пересмотре мировоззренческих ценностей после краха марксистско-ленинской идеологии. На основе комплекса научной, историко-публицистической литературы, посвященной истории российского либерализма конца XIX - начала XX в., анализируется новый методологический подход к изучению истории либерального движения и особенностей его трансформации в России на рубеже веков.

THE FEATURES OF THE LIBERAL MOVEMENT IN RUSSIA (LATE XIX - EARLY XX CENTURУ) IN MODERN HISTORIOGRAPHY

The purpose of this article is to comprehend the general trends and summarize some of the results of the study of the Russian liberal movement at the turn of the 19- 20^th centuries. The historical context that influences modern interpretations of the theory and practice of Russian liberalism is revealed. The article exposes various points of view of modern researchers on the on the very concept of “liberalism”. Research interpretations of the process and consequences of the transformation of classical liberalism into a new type of liberalism are analyzed. The relevance of this study lies in the growing interest in the modern world in liberal ideas and the models of building society arising from them, as well as in the revision of worldview values after the collapse of the Marxist-Leninist ideology. The research is based on the analysis of a complex of scientific, historical and journalistic literature devoted to the history of Russian liberalism in the late 19th - early 20th centuries; a new methodological approach to studying the history of the liberal movement and the features of its transformation in Russia at the turn of the century is analyzed.
