ОЦЕНКА ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ПРОЦЕССОВ НА ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯХ МАШИНОСТРОИТЕЛЬНОЙ ОТРАСЛИ ЭКОНОМИКИ

В статье рассматривается методический подход к построению моделей оценки эффективности технологических процессов предприятий машиностроительной отрасли экономики с целью обоснования решений по модернизации этих процессов в интересах обеспечения устойчивости и конкурентоспособности этих предприятий в изменяющихся условиях их деятельности. При этом под эффективностью понимается степень использования возможностей, определяемых имеющимися материальными, нематериальными и временными ресурсами предприятия для достижения поставленных целей модернизации технологического процесса. При математической формализации обобщенного показателя эффективности учитывается случайный характер значений показателей, характеризующих достижение частных целей технологического процесса, обусловленный воздействием различных внешних и внутренних случайных факторов, влияющих на результаты отдельных технологических операций технологического процесса. Предлагаемый обобщенный показатель обеспечивает доминирующую оценку эффективности технологического процесса с учетом рисков.

The article discusses a methodological approach to building models for assessing the effectiveness of technological processes of enterprises in the engineering industry of the economy in order to justify decisions on the modernization of these processes in the interests of ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of these enterprises in the changing conditions of their activities. At the same time, efficiency is understood as the degree of use of opportunities determined by the available material, intangible and temporary resources of the enterprise to achieve the goals of modernizing the technological process. The mathematical formalization of the generalized performance indicator takes into account the random nature of the values of indicators characterizing the achievement of particular goals of the technological process, due to the influence of various external and internal random factors that affect the results of individual technological operations of the technological process. The proposed generalized indicator provides a dominant assessment of the effectiveness of the technological process, taking into account risks.
