EXPANDING THE CAPABILITIES OF TRIAZINANE SYNTHESIS TECHNIQUES

The development of new methods for the synthesis of nitrogen-containing saturated heterocyclic compounds is one of the important tasks of modern organic chemistry. Such compounds can have a high rate of biological activity and a wide range of applications as pharmaceuticals. In 2020, on the basis of the Department of Organic Chemistry of RUDN, a method for the synthesis of triazinones was developed, which is also suitable for the production of nitrogencontaining bicyclic compounds. The aim of the work is to analyze the scientific literature on the synthesis of nitrogen-containing saturated heterocyclic compounds. In this study we set the following tasks: search of scientific literature, analysis of the effectiveness and preparatively similar methods, compare existing methods of the synthesis method, developed at the Department of organic chemistry, people's pf RUDN and the assessment of prospects for further research on this topic. The study consisted, of a review of scientific literature selected on the "Web of Science" platform, which combines databases of publications in scientific journals and patents. Consequently, we made sure that each subsequent method was developed with the aim of optimizing existing methods with the idea of simplifying both the time for the synthesis itself and the use of appropriate equipment and technologies. The main problems of these syntheses lie in the multiple side reactions, so such methods do not allow obtaining many hidden compounds. And recently, despite the limited number of syntheses of this kind, they have already proven their effectiveness, but the possibility of their application has not been widely studied. The synthesis obtained, within the ore solves this problem. At the moment, it is the mildest method of all the previous ones. After all, the main task of all chemical syntheses is the high atom economy, which is what our method can solve. Thus, the continuation of research on the synthesis of bicyclic compounds of triazinones according to the method developed by us, as well as conducting syntheses based on it with various substrates, are promising areas for further work.
