ИННОВАЦИОННЫЕ РЕШЕНИЯ В ОБЛАСТИ ЗЕМЛЕПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ И БЛАГОУСТРОЙСТВА ТЕРРИТОРИИ В ЛОМОНОСОВСКОМ РАЙОНЕ ГОРОДА МОСКВЫ

В статье изложены авторские исследования феномена Ломоносовского района г. Москвы в части касающейся инновационных решений в области землепользования и благоустройства территории. Выделены наиболее значимые факторы использования программно-аппаратного комплекса многофункциональной системы управления благоустройством. Дается анализ перспектив применения опыта Ломоносовского района в масштабах города федерального значения Москвы и в Российской Федерации в целом.

The article presents the author's research of the phenomenon of the Lomonosovsky district of Moscow in terms of innovative solutions in the field of land use and landscaping. The most significant factors of using the software and hardware complex of the multifunctional landscaping management system are highlighted. The analysis of the prospects of applying the experience of the Lomonosovsky district on the scale of the federal city of Moscow and in the Russian Federation as a whole is given.
