Second Structure Theorem for strong homology

In this paper we generalize the Mardesic-Prasolov Structure Theorem for strong homology (H) over bar (m)(X, G) of compact Hausdorff spaces X to the theorem which connects strong homology (H) over bar (m)(lim(lambda)X(lambda): G) of the inverse limit of compact Hausdorff spaces X-lambda with strong homology (H) over bar (m)((X) over left arrow (lambda): G), Cech homology H-m (X-lambda; G) and Cech cohomology H-m(X-lambda).
