SHANGHAI COOPERATION ORGANIZATION AS AN INSTITUTIONAL BASIS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CHINA'S PROJECT “ONE BELT - ONE ROAD” AND INTERNATIONAL LEGAL SUPPORT OF SECURITY AND INTEGRATION IN THE EURASIAN SPACE

At the beginning of the XX century, the foundations of China's new foreign strategy moved to the next historical stage. The implementation of these projects, United under the common name "One belt - one road", will be one of the most important tasks of Beijing to optimize the spatial structure of the economic development of the entire Eurasian region. An important place in the implementation of this initiative is occupied by Russia and the countries of Central Asia, with which China is actively cooperating and all-round cooperation, from which all parties benefit.
