HARMFUL ALGAL BLOOM IN KAMCHATKA

This paper is devoted to the environmental disaster that occurred in the waters of the Avacha Bay in Kamchatka in October 2020. It resulted from a harmful algal bloom. The paper considers the causes and effects of this phenomenon, as well as measures to be taken to mitigate it.
