ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ МОДЕЛЬ КОМОРБИДНОСТИ

Для оценки индивидуальной и популяционной коморбидности предлагается использование модели экологической коморбидности с включением в формулу следующих переменных: климатическая отягощенность, возрастная нагрузка, стажевой коэффициент, наличие социально значимых заболеваний, профессиональной, региональной патологии и стойкой утраты трудоспособности. Сумма вышеперечисленных переменных составляет интегральный показатель, который учитывает влияние на коморбидность не только демографических и анатомо-физиологических особенностей организма, но и социально-экологических составляющих.

ENVIRONMENTAL MODEL OF COMBORIDITY

To assess individual and population comorbidity, it is proposed to use a model of environmental comorbidity with the inclusion of the following variables in the formula: climatic burden, age burden, length of service, presence of socially significant diseases, occupational, regional pathology and permanent disability. The sum of the above variables is an integral indicator that takes into account the influence on the comorbidity of not only the demographic and anatomical and physiological characteristics of the body, but also the socio-environmental components.
