ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ ПОЛИТИКО-ПРАВОВОЙ БАЗЫ ВНЕШНЕЙ ПОЛИТИКИ ГРУЗИИ 1992-2003 ГГ

Одним из наиболее сложных процессов созидания международного континента на постсоветском пространстве стал процесс становления независимого грузинского государства. Данный процесс протекал в условиях столкновения интересов различных акторов мировой политики. В частности, Грузия оказалась в центре пересечения интересов таких значимых акторов мировой политики как Российская Федерация и Соединенные Штаты Америки. В связи с этим, актуальность работы обосновывается, в том числе, существующей объективной потребностью дать исчерпывающую экспертную оценку прошедшем этапу становления Грузии, как актора международных отношений на постсоветском пространстве с позиции становления и развития политико-правовой базы внешней политики.

One of the most difficult processes of creating an international continent in the post-Soviet space was the process of establishing an independent Georgian state. This process took place in the context of a clash of interests of various actors in world politics. In particular, Georgia has found itself at the center of the intersection of the interests of such important actors in world politics as the Russian Federation and the United States of America. In this regard, the relevance of the work is justified, among other things, by the existing objective need to give an exhaustive expert assessment of the past stage of Georgia's formation as an actor of international relations in the post-Soviet space from the standpoint of the formation and development of the political and legal framework of foreign policy.
