Рассмотрены особенности обеспечения продовольственной безопасности по мясу в Африке, отражена специфика его производства в странах этого континента, выявлены проблемы развития соответствующих направлений сельского хозяйства в этом регионе мира и обозначены перспективы их решения.

The production of meat is of great importance both in terms of meeting the needs of people for proteins and fats of animal origin, and the development of relevant branches of agriculture. This report discusses the features of ensuring food security for meat in Africa, reflects the specifics of its production in the countries of this continent, identifies problems in the development of relevant areas of agriculture in this region of the world and outlines the prospects for their solution.
