В статье рассказывается о современных подходах к управлению проектами с использованием компьютерных технологий. Дается анализ гибкой методологии разработки, включающей подходы Agile и Scrum к управлению проектами, рассматриваются их основные характеристики и отличия от традиционных технологий. Раскрываются понятие «гибкая методология разработки» проектов и подходы к ее реализации. В завершение приводятся некоторые системы управления проектами.

The article describes modern approaches to project management using computer technology. The first part of the article analyzes Agile and Scrum approaches to project management. What are their main characteristics and differences, and why are they different from traditional technologies. The concept of twelve manifestos «Agile development methodology» of projects taken from the original Manifesto is revealed. Approaches to implementation “Agile Development Methodology”. Roles, stages and methodologies of Scrum. In the final part of the article, some project management systems are considered.
