Labor Productivity in a Pandemic

This article analyzes the impact of the pandemic on labor productivity in a digital economy. The pandemic forced employers to transfer some of their employees to remote work, but this process has an ambiguous effect on both labor productivity and the state of the labor market as a whole. The purpose of this article is to answer the question of what is the dynamics of labor productivity in the conditions of “remote employment”, and what are the possibilities of employers to influence labor productivity in various sectors of the economy, are both personnel and employers ready for remote work.
