Alkylation of Malononitrile and its Dimer with α-Bromketones

Abstract: The alkylation of malononitrile and its dimer with α-bromoketones was studied. Substituted furans and pyrroles were synthesized. Their molecular and crystal structures were studied by XRD. © 2022, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
