Автору представляется позитивным в научных исследованиях делать акцент на интеграционных факторах, на тех признаках и свойствах отечественной правовой системы, которые могут обеспечить уже в ближайшей перспективе активизацию межнационального сотрудничества и создание, в частности, межнотариальных систем. В этом плане можно обнаружить определенное единство взглядов относительно перспектив развития и совершенствования российской правовой системы, ибо здесь доминирует мнение о том, что оптимизация процедур защиты прав и свобод индивида - важнейшая и неотложная задача Российского государства

The author believes that it is positive in scientific research to focus on integration factors, on those features and properties of the domestic legal system that can ensure in the near future the activation of international cooperation and the creation, in particular, of inter-national systems. In this regard, it is possible to find a certain unity of views on the prospects for the development and improvement of the Russian legal system, because here it is argued that the optimization of procedures for the protection of the rights and freedoms of the individual is the most important and urgent task of the Russian state
