ТРАНСФОРМАЦИЯ РОССИЙСКОГО И КИТАЙСКОГО ВЕКТОРА ТРАНСАТЛАНТИЧЕСКОГО ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ НА СОВРЕМЕННОМ ЭТАПЕ

В статье рассматриваются проблемы взаимодействия стран Запада на российском и китайском направлениях. Хронологические рамки определены современным процессом формирования политики западных государств в отношении РФ и КНР, а также имеющимися трудностями на этом пути. По мнению автора, внешнеполитический курс руководства Соединенных Штатов и ЕС со второй половины XX века был ориентирован на активную международную политику в продвижении своих интересов. Между тем, развитие ситуации в мире в последние 20 лет существенно меняет геополитический расклад и роль мировых держав в цивилизационном развитии. Не вызывает сомнений экономический прорыв КНР и выход страны в лидеры мирового развития. Поступательно идет восстановление политических и экономических позиций России с устойчивой перспективой выхода на уровень влияния на мировые процессы времен Советского союза. В статье подчеркивается, что все стороны будут стремиться к поиску путей геополитического равновесия. В то же время исход противостояния сверхдержав определит роль и место каждой из них на ближайшие 30-50 лет.

The article deals with the problems of interaction between Western countries in the Russian and Chinese directions. The chronological framework is determined by the current process of forming the policy of Western states in relation to the Russian Federation and the PRC, as well as the existing difficulties on this path. According to the author, the foreign policy course of the leadership of the United States and the EU since the second half of the XX century has been focused on an active international policy in promoting their interests. Meanwhile, the development of the situation in the world over the past 20 years has significantly changed the geopolitical alignment and the role of world powers in civilizational development. There is no doubt about the economic breakthrough of the People's Republic of China and the country's entry into the leaders of world development. The restoration of Russia's political and economic positions is progressing steadily, with a stable prospect of reaching the level of influence on the world processes of the Soviet Union. The article emphasizes that all parties will strive to find ways of geopolitical balance. At the same time, the outcome of the confrontation between the superpowers will determine the role and place of each of them for the next 30-50 years.
