Факторы и перспективы развития гостиничного бизнеса г. Москвы в период распространения COVID-19

Данная работа посвящена актуальной теме развития рынка гостиничных предприятий г. Москвы в условиях распространения вируса COVID-19. На основе статистики ведущих компаний (BCG, McKinsey, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants и др.), авторы констатируют спад и стагнацию столичного рынка гостеприимства, анализируют факторы и условия, которые привели к текущей ситуации, а также формируют тенденции развития гостиничной отрасли. Большое значение уделяется изучению динамики основных гостиничных показателей и их прогнозных значений, рассматриваемых авторами по сегментам. Отдельная часть работы посвящается определению перспектив развития гостиничных предприятий г. Москвы и выхода из кризиса, обусловленного распространением коронавируса в мире и в России.

This article is devoted to the current topic of the hotels development in Moscow in the context of the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Based on the statistics of leading companies (BCG, McKinsey, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, etc.), the authors indicate the decline and stagnation of the capital's hospitality market. The factors and conditions that led to the current situation, as well as form trends in the development of the hotel industry are analyzed. Much attention is paid to the study of the dynamics of the main hotel indicators and their forecast values, considered by the authors by segment. A separate part of the article is devoted to determining the prospects for the development of hotel enterprises in Moscow and overcoming the crisis caused by the spread of coronavirus in the world and in Russia.
