Рассмотрены различия оценки соответствия и подтверждения соответствия, представлены особенности оценки соответствия и декларирования молока и молочной продукции. Даны рекомендации по часто встречающимся вопросам заполнения отдельных полей декларации о соответствии с учетом объекта декларирования и нормативных требований.
