Right of a person to insolation: the essence and prospects for development

This work argues that the right to insolation has its own place in the system of human rights (the right to solar energy). It stems from the right of a person to a healthy environment and wellness. Violation of ecological standards, rules of urban planning and development, especially in the cities and urban settlements, makes the right to insolation relevant nowadays. The article specifies the essence of this right and its prospects for development in Russian legal system.
