Airspace navigation: Problems of international institutional cooperation and international legal regulation

The Article is devoted to complex research of the matters of the international legal regulation of airspace navigation and comparison, analysis of the legal regimes of the air space, outer space and the legal regulation of the air navigation, the navigation in space for the purposes of airspace flights safety. Particular attention is paid to the issues of suborbital flights and their regulation which also include specify the matters of the launches safety, safety during all phases of flight, safety during the return to Earth, ground safety, as well as issues of search and rescue of the crew and airspace vehicle in the event of emergency situations, environmental protection matters (including air pollution, debris, noise etc.) and other issues. © 2021, Univelt Inc.
