The present paper evaluates the issue of applying the case study to communicative competence evolvement of the class speaking activities corresponding to B1 level students of the Faculty of Ecology. This study reveals practical and investigative aspects of the case sample that is devoted to environmental points and is arranged taking into consideration the language proficiency and vocational training of the students.
