The transformation model of cosmogenesis in ancient egyptian religious texts: From becoming to being

Ancient Egyptian religious cosmogonic texts are one of the first monuments of the Ancient Near East pre-philosophical traditions that give her the vocabulary of ontological categories. The article discusses several cosmogonic texts relating to Heliopolis and the Theban theological traditions. As a result, their analysis revealed the transformation of the cosmogonic myth from visual-empirical categories, expressing the process of creation, to more abstract images of transcendent being, not related to the characteristics of the experienced universe. For example this evolution also addresses the issue of communication pre-philosophical categories (including, and belong to the realm of ontology) with questions of moral and ethical issues. © 2018 Izdatel'stvo Nauka.
