СИСТЕМА ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ УСТОЙЧИВОГО РАЗВИТИЯ СТАНКОСТРОИТЕЛЬНОЙ ОТРАСЛИ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

В статье на основе изучения теоретических подходов к понятию «устойчивое развитие» предложен подход к определению сущности устойчивого развития станкостроительной отрасли. Выделены основные факторы и ограничения, влияющие на развитие станкостроения: необходимость перехода к новому (шестому) технологическому укладу, обеспечение рационального природопользования, зависимость отрасли от достижений научно-технического прогресса и института защиты прав на объекты интеллектуальной собственности и др. Определены основные составляющие характеристики процесса устойчивого развития отрасли, и представлена общая схема управления таким развитием. Выделена возможность, как рыночного саморегулирования развития отрасли, так и государственного регулирования. Обоснована система обеспечения устойчивого развития станкостроительной отрасли.

The article considers theoretical approaches to the concept of "sustainable development" and proposes an approach to determining the essence of sustainable development of the machine tool industry. The main factors and constraints affecting the development of machine tool industry: the need for transition to new (sixth) technological order, ensuring rational use of natural resources, the dependence of industry on scientific and technological progress and the Institute for the protection of intellectual property and etc. The main components of the characteristics of the process of sustainable development of the industry are defined and the General scheme of management of such development is presented. The possibility of both market self-regulation of industry development and state regulation is highlighted. The system of ensuring the sustainable development of the machine tool industry is justified.
