Genetic Analysis of Some Genotypes of Maize Materials by Using Tripe Test Crossing

The triple test cross method were used, Genotypes: (Inbred lines :- (T1=IK8), (T2=ZP),(T3=ABS27), (T4=ZP-430),(T5=SH),(T6=UN-44052), (T7=DK-17),(T8=ZP-607) Testers (P1=Blue Jade),(P2=Mays Ornamental.((F1=Blue JadexMays Ornamental), We got 24 hybrids. Genotypes were planted in Fields located in the suburbs of Moscow\Russian Federation) by using Randomized complete block design with two replications for the deduction of Epistates, to infer the superior gene action, estimated of components of variability and genetic parameters of Plant high, Ear Length, Number row\ear, weight of 100-grains and Grain yield in the genotypes of maize. The results were showed that the mean of variance, to the genotypes, hybrids, and parents a highly significant in all trait under this study. Analysis of variance of the superiority of gene action, indicated that the mean variability of the Inbred lines not significant, thus make sure of loss epistates to the traits. Additional genetic variability has shown an important role in the inheritance of most traits. Aim of the estimate the genetic action and some genetic and genetic parameters that control the inheritance of traits and their components by using the cross-test triple method in zea maize L.
