ЦИФРОВЫЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ В СФЕРЕ УСЛУГ: МИРОВОЙ ОПЫТ В РОССИЙСКИХ РЕАЛИЯХ

В данной работе рассматривается влияние цифровых технологий на трансформацию сферы услуг в Российской Федерации. Цифровизация бизнеса способна изменить методы и подходы к развитию организаций, привнести новшества в модель коммуникации компании с клиентом и создать новые виды работ и услуг в обществе. Главной целью исследования является анализ прогрессивных тенденций цифровизации в мировом сообществе и внедрение подобных процессов в российскую практику. Автором проводится оценка актуального состояния российской сферы услуг, анализ вовлеченности российских компаний в интеграцию современных цифровых технологий и исследование мирового опыта диджитализации сферы услуг. Научной основой настоящей статьи стали российские статистические сборники, новостные издания и публикации специалистов в данной области.

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE SERVICE SECTOR: WORLD EXPERIENCE IN RUSSIAN REALITIES

This paper discusses the impact of digital technologies on the transformation of the service sector in the Russian Federation. Digitalization of business can change the methods and approaches to the development of organizations, bring innovations to the model of communication of the organization with the client and create new types of work and services in society. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the progressive trends of digitalization in the world community and the introduction of such processes in Russian practice. The author assesses the current state of the Russian service sector, analyzes the involvement of Russian companies in the integration of modern digital technologies and studies the world experience of digitalization of the service sector. The scientific basis of this article is Russian statistical collections, news publications and publications of specialists in this field.
