Надежды свет (К 95-летию со дня рождения Надежды Георгиевны Салищевой)

Статья посвящена 95-летию со дня рождения Надежды Георгиевны Салищевой, заслуженного юриста РФ, одного из основателей современной концепции административного процесса. Авторы статьи отметили неоценимый вклад Н.Г. Салищевой в разработку теоретических проблем института административной ответственности и формирование законодательства об административных правонарушениях. Не все плодотворные предложения ученого реализованы в нашем законодательстве, но до сих пор они поражают своей обоснованностью и научной глубиной, вдохновляют и несут свет Надежды.

Nadezhda light (To the 95-th birthday of Nadezhda G. Salishcheva)

The article is devoted to the 95th anniversary of Nadezhda G. Salishcheva, honored lawyer of the Russian Federation, one of the founders of the modern concept of administrative process. The authors noted the invaluable contribution of N. Salishcheva to the development of theoretical problems of the Institute of administrative responsibility and the formation of legislation on administrative offenses. Not all the fruitful proposals of the scientist are implemented in our legislation, but so far they amaze with their validity and scientific depth, inspire and carry the light of Nadezhda.
