В работе приводится построение в нотации BPMN модели бизнес-процесса сопровождения научно-исследовательских работ в Российском университете дружбы народов (РУДН). Внедрение бизнес-процессов, которые построены по нотации BPMN, помогает ускорять эти процессы и выстраивать оптимальные схемы работы всех участников. К ключевым целям моделирования относятся аналитика и мониторинг выполнения процесса для поиска путей улучшения и оптимизации. Одной из причин является то, что построение модели упрощает изучение процесса от самого начала и до конца. Другая причина - создание бизнес-процесса помогает установить взаимосвязь между отдельными элементами. Кроме того, построение модели помогает оценить сильные и слабые стороны процесса, что, в свою очередь, поможет оптимизировать его. В ходе работы был рассмотрен регламент организации выполнения научно-исследовательских работ, который определяет порядок их проведения в РУДН. Данный тезис описывает все четыре этапа сопровождения научно-исследовательских работ в РУДН, включая подробное описание, каждого из этих этапов.
In the paper, we model the process of researcher - university interaction while fulfilling R&D projects at RUDN University using BPMN notation.Implementation of business processes, which are built on BPMN notation, helps to accelerate these processes and build optimal schemes of work of all participants. The key objectives of the simulation include Analytics and monitoring of the process to find ways to improve and optimize. One of the reasons is that the construction of the model simplifies the study process from the beginning to the end. Another reason is that creating a business process helps establish a relationship between individual elements. In addition, the construction of the model helps to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the process, which in turn will help to optimize it. In the course of the work, the regulations of the organization of scientific research, which determines the order of their conduct at RUDN were considered. This thesis describes all four stages of support of research work at RUDN, including a detailed description of each of these stages.
