Статья посвящена изучению современных основ социального аудита, являющихся достаточно актуальными в настоящее время. В работе представлены основные направления социального аудита организации. Рассмотрен процесс социального аудита с определением основных операций. Также, сформулированы и обоснованы главные особенности социального аудита, определяющие возможности и преимущества для руководителя организации. 347 Обоснован четырехэтапный процесс проведения социального аудита с целью достижения желаемых результатов в управлении организацией

MODERN ASPECTS OF SOCIAL AUDIT

The article is devoted to the study of the modern foundations of social audit, which are currently quite relevant. The paper presents the main directions of social audit of the organization. The process of social audit with the definition of the main operations is considered. Also, the main features of social audit are formulated and justified, which determine the opportunities and advantages for the head of the organization. The four-stage process of conducting a social audit is substantiated, with the aim of achieving the desired results in the management of the organization.
