Resource Queueing System with the Requirements Copying at the Second Phase

In this paper, we propose the modification of the dynamic screening method for the resource queueing systems with customers copying at the second phase. We obtain the characteristic function of the studied three-dimensional Markov chain and the main numerical characteristics. The obtained analytical results are compared with the simulation ones, the high accuracy of probability is demonstrated, the recommended limit value of the system and the loss probability are found. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
