Ecological regulation of economy as a concept of social philosophy

In the modern information society, there is a growing need for social-philosophical rethinking of the essence of material production, clarifying the identification of its links with culture and the natural environment, in accordance with the new situation of man in the world, in the global environmental crisis, the deployment of the world-historical processes of Information and globalization. The purpose of this article is to conceptualize the provisions of the social-philosophical theory of interaction between ecology and economy by analyzing the aspects of environmental regulation of economic relations. On the basis of holistic philosophical methodology the basic principles of the research are the principles of integrity and consistency of the world, its internal unity, sustainable development, as well as the ecophilosophical approach. The analysis and synthesis of data, historical methods are used as the basic methods of research. In this article, taking into account the need to meet human needs on the basis of the relationship between society and the biosphere, the ecophilosophical approach reviews the place of ecological and natural component in the system of modern society, reviews the concept of ecological consciousness and ecological culture of society in General and the individual, in particular; the model of partnership of ecology and economy is proven, the sense of concept of environmental regulation of economy as a regulatory role of environmental imperative and ecological values and norms in social and economic activity is clarified. © 2019, Russian Academy of Sciences.
