Mahatma Gandhi and his role in the struggle for human rights

The history of the development of human rights is studied from the point of view of many aspects, however, do not forget about the crucial role of individual historical figures in the struggle to establish the rights of individual groups of people. The publication is devoted to the study of the personality of Mahatma Gandhi. Mahatma Gandhi was an Indian lawyer, who first organized non-violent protests when he lived in South Africa. Throughout his life, he led the people of India in a non-violent campaign of civil disobedience.
