ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ В СТРАНАХ БРИКС И ПРОБЛЕМЫ ЕГО УНИФИКАЦИИ

: Целью настоящей статьи стало исследование образования стран БРИКС и трудностей, связанных с его унификацией. Для достижения поставленной цели были рассмотрены статистические данные, проанализированы официальные заявления уполномоченных лиц и органов. Предполагается, что в процессе выработки унифицированных показателей в сфере высшего образования могут возникнуть сложности, которые обусловлены наличием разных подходов стран БРИКС. Для проверки данной гипотезы анализировались статистические данные размещенные в открытом доступе по странам БРИКС. Было доказано, что на современном этапе развития взаимоотношения стран БРИКС важно активное функционирование международных рабочих групп, разрабатывающих унифицированные показатели. При этом на межправительственном уровне должен быть разработан единый подход развития сферы образования и науки.

EDUCATION IN THE COUNTRIES BRICS AND THE PROBLEMS OF ITS UNIFICATION

The purpose of this article was to study the education of the BRICS countries and the difficulties associated with its unification. To achieve this goal, statistical data were analyzed, official statements of authorized persons and bodies were analyzed. It is assumed that in the process of elaborating unified indicators in the sphere of higher education, difficulties may arise that are caused by the existence of different approaches of the BRICS countries. To test this hypothesis, statistical data placed in the public domain in the BRICS countries was analyzed. It was proved that at the present stage of the development of the relations between the BRICS countries it is important to actively operate international working groups that develop unified indicators. At the same time, at the intergovernmental level, a unified approach to the development of the sphere of education and science should be developed.
