Heteroleptic platinum(IV) and iridium(IV) complexes with glycine, serine, threonine, and arginine

Platinum(IV) and iridium(IV) complexes with glycine, serine, threonine, and arginine, Pt(Arg-)(Ser-)Cl2, Pt(Arg -)(Thr-)Cl2, Ir(Arg-)(Gly -)Cl2, and Ir(Arg-)(Thr-)Cl 2, were synthesized and identified using chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, and 13C NMR and IR spectroscopy.
