Optimal resources allocation over the set of independent operations

The problems of optimal resources allocation refer to complex combinatorial problems of projects control. The problem of optimal resources allocation is considered by a set of independent operations for a case when operations rate depends linearly on resources quantity and operations state. The necessary optimality conditions are obtained in the form of the Pontryagin maximum principle.
