On the issue of terminological titles of the blood vessels of the masseter

Background. The classic idea of the blood supply to the masticatory muscle is based on the topography of the masticatory branch (a. masseterica), known in anatomical terminology as arteria masseterica. Modern studies of the second half of the 20th and beginning of the 21st centuries only emphasize the isolation of deep portions of the masticatory muscle. According to the literature, it is not obvious whether the above segmentation of the masticatory muscle is a separation of parts through the fascial covering, just as there is no evidence that each part receives an independent blood supply. The purpose of this review is to systematize information about the blood supply to the masseter muscle and to offer terminological options for solving missing names. Materials and methods. We conducted a literature search Methodology for selecting works for review, the original version was taken from Prisma: identification ->screening->included. Conclusion. It is now important to systematize the available information and propose a variable range for the terminology of the arterial blood supply to the masseter muscle. In terms borrowed from TA2, the original number is preserved.

Обоснование. Классическое представление о кровоснабжении жевательной мышцы основано на топографии жевательной ветви (a. masseterica), известной в анатомической терминологии как arteria masseterica. Современные исследования, выполненные во второй половине XX и начале XXI веков, лишь подчеркивают изолированность глубоких участков жевательной мышцы. По данным литературы, неочевидно, является ли приведенная выше сегментация жевательной мышцы разделением ее на части путем фасциального покрова, равно как и нет данных о том, что каждая часть получает самостоятельное кровоснабжение. Цель обзора. Систематизация сведений о кровоснабжении жевательной мышцы и предложение терминологических вариантов решения пропущенных названий. Материал и методы. Проведен поиск литературы, основанный на методике отбора работ для рецензирования, оригинальная версия взята из Prisma: идентификация ->скрининг->включена. Заключение. В настоящее время важно систематизировать имеющиеся сведения и предложить вариативный диапазон терминологии артериального кровоснабжения жевательной мышцы. В терминах, заимствованных из ТА2, исходная нумерация сохраняется.
