РЕЙТИНГ RAEX-100 КАК ИНСТРУМЕНТ ОЦЕНКИ НЕГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫХ ВУЗОВ

В статье анализируются перспективы негосударственных вузов занять место в числе сильнейших университетов России. Критерием оценки служат результаты рейтинга RAEX-100 - «Сто лучших вузов России». В настоящее время в нем представлены 2 частных вуза, один из них (Российский новый университет) включался в рейтинг постоянно. Авторами на основе метрологического подхода проанализированы результаты RAEX-100 2012-2023 гг., в результате чего определены границы количественных оценок показателей деятельности вузов, обеспечивающие включение в рейтинг. Анализ показывает, что в среднесрочной перспективе реальные шансы включения в RAEX-100 имеют 3 частных вуза, для достижения цели им необходимо существенно улучшить показатели научной деятельности, а также - востребованности выпускников работодателями. Существенным фактором успеха является государственная поддержка.

The article analyzes the prospects of non-state universities to take a place among the strongest universities in Russia. The evaluation criterion is the results of the RAEX-100 rating -«One hundred best universities in Russia». Currently, there are 2 private universities represented in it, one of them (the Russian New University) was included in the rating constantly. The authors analyzed the results of RAEX-100 2012-2023 on the basis of a metrological approach, as a result of which the boundaries of quantitative assessments of university performance indicators ensuring inclusion in the rating were determined. The analysis shows that in the medium term, 3 private universities have a real chance of being included in the RAEX-100, in order to achieve their goal they need to significantly improve the indicators of scientific activity, as well as the demand for graduates by employers. Government support is an essential success factor.
